Welcome to DripDay! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DripDay mobile application and related services (“App”, “Service”, or “Services”) provided by DripDay (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the Service
DripDay is designed to help you care for your plants in a simple and personal way. The app is intended for private, non-commercial use. Please use it respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions and Payments
DripDay offers optional in-app purchases, such as monthly, yearly, or lifetime premium access, which unlocks additional features.
All payments are handled securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID settings.
3. Account and Data
We do not collect personal data directly. However, Apple and RevenueCat may process anonymized usage or transaction data as part of the in-app purchase process.

4. Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including text, UI design, and icons, is the property of DripDay unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
